USC Rowing Brings Home Silver

At the Midwest Scholastic Championship Regatta this past weekend, May 11th, graduating senior and varsity rower Jamie Barrett won 2nd place in the Varsity Women’s 1x Final.  The previous day Jamie placed 4th in a heat of 17 boats. Her time was 07:33.96 in the final.

This achievement also grants her a trip to the Nationals event in New Jersey — not USC Rowing’s first trip to the Nationals but it has been a few years; a huge accomplishment!

In the Fall, Jamie plans to attend Notre Dame.
